Thacker Cup (Club Championship)
Congratulations to William Adams
Thanks to those members who entered the Club Championship yesterday (36 hole scratch medal) for the chance to win the Thacker Cup. Nine players braved the extremely hot conditions to take part, with many congratulations to the winners:-
1st Place - William Adams with 143 (71 + 72)
2nd Place - Michael Adams with 145 (72 + 73)
3rd Place - Andy Humphrey with 153 (74 + 79)
Michael Adams was also the winner of the nett prize - after handicaps were deducted - with 119. A great atmosphere and enjoyable day was had by all!
