The Club’s AGM will be held on Friday 6th February 2026 – this is a change from the original published date.

Member Proposals
Members wishing to table proposals at the AGM must submit them in writing with the name of a Seconder, to the Secretary at airdriegolfclub@gmail.com not later than 31st December 2025. [see note]
Please note any member tabling a proposal is expected to attend the AGM to talk on their proposal.

Committee Nominations
There are currently 2 vacancies on Committee. Nominations for Committee, proposed and seconded, shall be made by members in writing to the Secretary at airdriegolfclub@gmail.com not later than 31st December 2025. [see note]
All nominations received by this date shall be posted in the Clubhouse, circulated to the membership and embodied in the Annual Report.
If nominations are in excess of vacancies on Committee then a ballot will be held. If insufficient nominations are received to fill the vacancies, those nominated shall be declared elected; further nominations shall be made at the meeting for the remaining vacancy or vacancies, and same shall be declared elected, if necessary.

All nominees, proposers and seconders must be full members of the club.
