Tonight saw the Quarter Finals taking place for the Club and Handicap Championships.
If we thought last night was cold and wet, it had nothing on tonight! Hopefully, we'll see some proper June weather soon. Well done to all the players and spectators out on course during those conditions.

Club Championship
John Shanks (1) continued his winning streak with a 2&1 win over Mark Anderson (9)
Ian Jardine (13) saw off Daniel Forbes (12) - 3&2
Ally Berry (15) overcame Jim Mackison (10) - 2&1
Gareth Lamb (3) was victorious over Craig Adams (11) winning 1 UP on the 18th Green

Handicap Championship
Graham Crichton (9) took victory over top seed Ali Gillan (1) - 2&1
Jamie Bryant (4) and Craig Hobson (5) fought out a brilliant "bare feet" match which went to the 18th, with Jamie winning - 2&1
Mason Chisolm (15) continues his march on with a 5&4 victory over Martin Boyers (7)
Finaly, Jim Leask (11) ran out the largest winner of the evening with a 9&8 win over Jason Stevenson (3)

Players now have a night off before the Semi Finals get underway on Friday evening, the scratch matches from 4:30 and the Handicap matches from 5pm
