This morning the Ladies Open was played with a shotgun start putting in to action the 92 ladies, from 24 clubs, taking part. Lunch and prizes took place in the marquee afterwards.

The April Mens Midweek Stableford was won by Bill Wells with 40 points, from Mark Stocker and Ron Hicks on 39 & 38 respectively. There were twos for Mark Carpenter, Mike Stewart, Ben Sampson, Rhys Jones, Gonzalo Pangaro, Justin Webb, Finn Charlesworth and Rob Hillman. Well-played all.

The scratch prize was taken by Craig Jones, again, with a gross 75. Congrats to Craig who was level par at the turn.

On Monday The Stags had a home fixture against Denham and team captain, Steve Deakin, led us to a handsome match victory, with five wins and one loss. A late bit of unconfirmed news in, however, suggests the match today at Surbiton did not go quite so well?
